Maccabi Electra Tel Aviv wrapped up their 17 day world tour with a 111-94 loss to the Brooklyn Nets. Jeremy Pargo was outstanding with 27 points, 7 assists and 6 rebounds, Brian Randle rejoined the roster and contributed 16 points and 6 rebounds. Sylven Landesberg provided 14 points and Guy Pnini added 10 points.

Many Israeli and Jewish fans came to the Nets' Barclays Center and gave Maccabi tremendous support, complete with flags and yellow shirts. The Americans took advantage of the  opportunity, and wore special shirts with the words Shalom Brooklyn printed on them in Hebrew letters, all while giving their Israeli guests a warm welcome.

Coach Goodes' starting five included Pargo, Landesberg, Randle, Devin Smith, and Jake Cohen. Brooklyn came out strong and ran to 12-2 in three minutes. Guy Pnini and Aleks Mari? helped get Maccabi back in the game, 14-7, but the hosts soon regained a double digit advantage with a three pointer by Johnson. Pargo and Pnini combined to cut that to a mere 5 points, but the period ended with the score 31-22 after free throws by Kirilenko.

Back to back triples by Pargo and Pnini and a fast break by Randle all but erased the deficit, 31-30 in the first two minutes of the second quarter. Teletovic put an end to Maccabi's run with points from downtown, igniting a comeback for Brooklyn led by Kirilenko and Plumlee that, despite a trey by Nate Linhart, gave the hosts another double digit lead, 54-40. More excellent play by Pargo and Randle narrowed it to 59-47 as the teams went into the halftime break.

The Nets played well in the early minutes of the third quarter, with Lopez taking them to a 69-49 lead in two and a half minutes. Smith and Pargo cut off Brooklyn's run, and MarQuez Haynes also joined the list of Maccabi's scorers. Williams got hot for the hosts and put their lead at 78-57. Pargo, Yogev Ohayon and Cohen took Maccabi on an 8-0 run that made it 78-65. The Nets responded with a run of their own, and the period ended with the score 88-69.

Kirilenko and Lopez scored for the hosts to start the fourth quarter, but Maccabi responded with Linhart, Landesberg and Pargo, who closed it to 93-77. A slick fast break dunk by Randle provided one of the best plays of the game, but the Nets regained a 20 point lead with

points by Teletovic. At that point all Pargo could do was try and lessen the damage, delivering a monster dunk that made it 111-94 to Brooklyn as the game ended.
