Completed his second season with the club. The first Turk to play for an Israeli Club. Because of Premier League regulations played only in the Euroleague and Adriatic League. Played in the Euroleague Final Four 2002 & the final of the Adriatic League 2003. Started playing at the age of 14 for Karsiyaka club in his native town of Izmir. In 1994 was transfered to Efes Pilsen Istanbul where he won three championships and three national cups. In 1996 he was on the winning team in the Korac Cup and twice he played in the Final Four (2000 and 2001). For the last years is a member of the Turkish national team. Won the silver medal in the European Championship in Istanbul in September 2001 & played in the World Championship 2002 in Indianapolis.
