Both the headline &#038; the text have no basis and are pure imagination by those who are responsible for the publication.<br \/> The only true facts in the piece are that Shimon Mizrahi, chairman of the Maccabi board and his deputy, David Federman, took part last week in the meeting of Euroleague\u2019s Economic Committee that has been called a long time ago. The matter of the so called Euroleague debts to Maccabi Tel Aviv BC, were not discussed in that meeting. The Euroleague has no debts whatsoever towards Maccabi Tel Aviv for the 2003\/04 season.<br< The sums that are due to the 24 clubs, who take part in the Euroleague, are paid in four annual payments and sometimes there could be a slight delay.
