By Amy Samin Maccabi Electra Tel Aviv has signed guard Daniel ( Brown, one of the fastest guards to play the game, earned the nickname \u201cone man fast-break\u201d while in college at the Together with Deron Williams, who today is a star with the Utah Jazz, Brown led Illinois to the 2005 NCAA Men\u2019s Division One Basketball Championship finals in a season that started off with a 29 \u2013 0 record. During the summer of 2006, Brown was picked as a 46th<\/SUP> round draft choice by the Utah Jazz. Brown started this season with the NBA team the Washington Wizards, where he averaged 13.7 minutes in 17 games and contributed 2.4 points, and 1.9 assists.
