American center D\u2019or Fischer, who has not been included in Maccabi\u2019s head coach David Blatt\u2019s program for the coming season, is expected to play for Real Madrid of Spain, under the guidance of coach Ettore Messina. Last season, Fischer posted averages of 8.9 points and 5 rebounds per game in the Euroleague.

In his two seasons with Maccabi he won the Israeli Cup and the Israeli championship.<\/FONT>

The Maccabi Electra Tel Aviv Basketball Club thanks Fischer for two wonderful seasons, during which he was a key player on the team, and wishes him the best of luck with his new team.<\/FONT><\/P>
