The Order will be presented to Blatt by Sergei Ivanov, Vladimir Putin\u2019s Chief of Staff of the Presidential Administration, who is one of the most influential people in Russian government today.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p> \t<span id=\"docs-internal-guid-09ecab27-4eeb-a4b4-25fd-a35eb0beec24\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">It was made known last summer that Blatt would be receiving this honor and now, as he returns to Russia for the game, he will be awarded the Order in a special ceremony in Moscow.
