Speeches were made by club chairman Shimon Mizrahi, General Manager Eli Drikes, and owner David Federman \u2013 who was surprised to receive a cake in honor of his upcoming 70<\/span>th birthday.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"> \t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-5f7a77c9-a0f5-3a65-b2a5-7e5228cce1b8\">Eli Drikes<\/span>: \u201cI\u2019m happy to see a lot of familiar faces here; these folks have been with us for many years and it\u2019s a sign of satisfaction on both sides.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"> \t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-5f7a77c9-a0f5-3a65-b2a5-7e5228cce1b8\">Shimon Mizrahi<\/span>: \u201cHere in the museum you can see where our club, Maccabi Tel Aviv, took its first steps, and how far we have come.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p> \t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-5f7a77c9-a0f5-3a65-b2a5-7e5228cce1b8\">David Federman<\/span>: \u201cWe are looking outside of the country; we have opened an office in the United States.
