The 55 year old coach ran his first practice and observed his new players in action. We have to remember that talking won\u2019t get us anywhere. It\u2019s time to focus on actions and hard work. Maccabi is a club with a lot of pride, and as such, the goal is to go back all the way to the top, but words won\u2019t get us there\u201d.<\/div>\n<div style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: justify;\"> \t\t\u00a0<\/div>\n<div style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: justify;\"> \t\t\u201cMy job is to take the players and fuse them into a unit. Which system am I going to use to do that? We\u2019ll have to wait and see. We\u2019ll focus on movement, on pick and rolls. I know players have their habits and that\u2019s fine but we aim to get everyone in line with each other. I know expectations are high and that\u2019s good.
