The screening was attended by team players, management and staff. The film chronicles Maccabi&#8217;s historic campaign which yielded the team&#8217;s first ever European trophy. Several members of that team now considered club legends, where in attendance as well, including: Tal Brody and Aulcie Perry.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: justify;\"> \t\t\u00a0<\/div>\n<div style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: justify;\"> \t\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">&#8220;I was looking around during the movie and I noticed no one fell asleep, so that&#8217;s already something&#8221;, said Brody, &#8220;Every year I attend the NBA All-Star weekend with a few former players from my days and because we&#8217;re all quite old, they forget and ask me the same questions: Why I made the decisions I made and so on. I think this movie demonstrates exactly how wonderful my journey has been. They ask me if I would have made the same decision today and I tell them that I wouldn&#8217;t trade my years with Maccabi for anything&#8221;.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: justify;\"> \t\t\u00a0<\/div>\n<div style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: justify;\"> \t\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">&#8220;So for all the players that are here today I say &#8211; You&#8217;re part of a family and when you leave, whenever that might ne, the experiences you&#8217;ll take with you will last a lifetime. We&#8217;re still on the map and now you&#8217;re a part of it. You have what it takes to be a great team&#8221;.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: justify;\"> \t\t\u00a0<\/div>\n<div style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: justify;\"> \t\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Sonny Weems, who&#8217;s just now starting his first year with Maccabi, said: &#8220;I had no idea about the club&#8217;s history, but now I understand Maccabi&#8217;s tradition and I just want to play.
