American Tim Fanning was appointed 2<sup>nd<\/sup> assistant coach and will work alongside Rami Hadar and Lior Liubin.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: justify;\"> \t\t\u00a0<\/div>\n<div style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: justify;\"> \t\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Fanning is 32 years old. His previous teams include Delaware from the NBA D-league where he served as assistant coach and New Zealand&#8217;s Nelson Giants where he served as head coach.
