\tMaccabi FOX Tel Aviv is happy to announce the addition of Artsiom Parakhouski who signed a 1+1 deal.<\/p>\n

\tParakhouski (29, 2.11) is a physical and aggressive center who’s mobile for his size. With a vast experience in Europe Art who makes his presence felt on the defensive end is an excellent pick n’ roll player and he will complete perfectly the team’s front court in both character and style of game. \u00a0<\/span>
\t\u00a0<\/div>\n

\tA Redford graduate, Parakhouski was selected twice as the Big South conference season MVP (2009, 2010). In his last season of college ball Art was unstoppable as he was averaging 21.4P and was awarded as the season’s top rebounder with 13.4R per game. His first professional contract was with Riga in 2011, where he was awarded as the season MVP leading his team to win the Latvian championship, he then moved to Budivelnik Kiev with who he won the Ukrainian Cup.<\/span>

\tArtsiom spent the 2013 season in Eskisehir (Turkey) where he finished as the league’s top blocker with 1.6 blocks per game, he’s also no stranger to the Israeli winner league where he played for Hapoel Jerusalem who was competing in the EuroCup which he led in blocks as he averaged 1.7B.<\/span>

\tIn the summer of\u00a0<\/span>2015<\/span>\u00a0Artsiom joined Nizhny Novgorod where he made a name for himself in the EuroLeague as he averaged 13P, 6.7R and 2B per game. He then moved to UNICS Kazan where he spent his last two seasons, in his 2016\/17 campaign Art averaged 11.3P in 62% (FG’s), 5.1R and 1.3B per game. \u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
