The yellows were trailing behind the German champs and for the first time managed to complete the comeback which gave the green light to start the celebrations at the Menorah Mivtachim arena.<\/span><\/p>\n<p> \t\t<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Coach <strong>Neven Spahija<\/strong>: &#8220;I&#8217;m very proud of what we done in the final minutes, we&#8217;re trying really hard but sometimes it doesn&#8217;t work, we can be much better offensively and defensively, at least we got heart and we fought until the last second of the game. We deserve to win this game because we played for 40 minutes and basketball is a game of 40 minutes. Bamberg and its coach deserve the credit they&#8217;ve played better basketball this time&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p> \t\t<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Michael Roll<\/strong>: &#8220;That was huge for us. It was a very big game for us. We really needed to get this win and we came out, we fought really hard. Credit to them, they played a great game, but we prevailed in the end. We were trading buckets. We came down to a couple of stops at the end. We were down 6; huge 4-point play by Pierre and from there we just got a couple stops and a couple big rebounds.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p> \t\t<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong>DeShaun Thomas,\u00a0<\/strong>who saw his first minutes after his knee injuries said: &#8220;They have a good team with physicality. They rebounded; they don\u2019t back down. We got over the edge to win with physicality. It\u2019s a good win. We lost two games before. We needed this win to get back above. 500. It was all a good team effort.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p> \t\t<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Maccabi&#8217;s Ex <strong>Ricky Hickman<\/strong> who scored 23P for his team: &#8220;I feel like we played a good game. I defiantly feel we were the better team tonight. It\u2019s tough when certain calls don\u2019t go your way. They had a possession towards the end of the game where they had a 7-point possession that really kind of turned the game.
