People started filming all the action that has happened in Terminal 3, and things got much louder and warmer as Tarik Black and DeAndre Kane passed through customs into the arrivals hall just a few moments before the first practice of the season.<\/span><\/p>\n<p> \t\t<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">&#8220;To come to such a warm welcome gives me the feeling I made the right choice coming here&#8221;, said <strong>Tarik Black<\/strong>. &#8220;If that&#8217;s how it is in the airport then I&#8217;m really looking forward for the games. I&#8217;ve played before with great talents and I&#8217;m open to maturing into it myself so the only way to do this is if I step into this role, will see how it goes, but I promise you this I&#8217;m going to give you all I got&#8221;.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p> \t\t<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">&#8220;Moving to Europe is not necessarily what I had in mind, but coming here to this environment and to such a warm welcome and I&#8217;m glad and excited for this opportunity to be here&#8221; the center added, &#8220;I&#8217;m used to transitions as I moved a lot and at the end of the day worldwide, the game of basketball is the game of basketball. I transferred schools and I&#8217;ve played for teams there pressure everywhere, these are thing I have been doing since high school&#8221;.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p> \t\t<\/span><\/p>\n<p> \t\t<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">&#8220;I&#8217;m embracing the place, the culture and the fact that I&#8217;m here it&#8217;s a pleasure and an honor for me&#8221; Tarik added, &#8220;I feel blessed for getting such a warm welcome. I&#8217;ve talked to coach briefly, we haven&#8217;t had an extensive conversation. What I have been able to do in the NBA I will continue to do here at a high level. I hope to continue and grow my game to open doors and chances to show what I&#8217;m capable of doing and it will really bless this team moving forward and honestly me being the best that I can be will help our Maccabi team become the best it can be&#8221;.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p> \t\t<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">&#8220;We need to think about basketball and winning titles. A lot of people are coming to the EuroLeague saying &#8216;I&#8217;m gonna win&#8217; but the question is who wins it eventually&#8221;, said Black. &#8220;When the games start and the wins and loses keep adding up we&#8217;ll see who will be the last one standing. I&#8217;m certainly expecting Maccabi to be the last one standing&#8221;.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p> \t\t<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">&#8220;When you start your second season in the EuroLeague you want to make progress&#8221;,&nbsp;<strong>DeAndre Kane<\/strong> explained. &#8220;I hope that we will have a great team and that will make it to the Top 8, and we&#8217;ll see after that.
