The squad of coach Sfairopoulos had the edge after ten minutes but ended up chasing the locals to stay close. The red shoes completed a run in the fourth quarter from which Maccabi could not recover despite the heroic efforts in their comeback attempt. Maccabi now drops to a record of 10:13 in the standings.<\/p>\n<p> \tCoach Sfairopoulos&#8217; starting five: Black, O&#8217;Bryant, Caloiaro, Kane and Wilbekin. Brook and Tarczewski scored for Milan but Johnny was the man for Maccabi scoring six points to give the visitors the 4:6 lead. Brooks kept the red shoes close to Maccabi only this time it was Scottie who joined Johnny in scoring as the squad In yellow and blue remained ahead (12:16). Nunnally tied the game and James gave Milano the edge (18:16) with 01:32 remaining in the first quarter. Pargo and Roll scored back to back threes but Micov had the final say in the first quarter as his team trail 20:22.<\/p>\n<p> \tRoll delivered a dagger from deep at the beginning of the second quarter to increase Maccabi&#8217;s lead, Jerrells and Nunnally answered from deep but Roll found Cohen for an easy layup after a beautiful back door cut to keep the visitors ahead (28:29). Kuzminskas tied the game and both teams continued to trade blows with neither one of the sides being able to establish its dominance (39:39). Nunnally scored an off the screen three to give the locals the lead but Scottie ended the first half in style nailing a deep three to beat the halftime buzzer with the scoreboard showing 47:47.<\/p>\n<p> \tScottie and Tarik made it 47:51 at the beginning of the third quarter but the locals answered with a 7:0 run forcing coach Sfairopoulos to call for a timeout (54:51). Johnny scored but Brooks and James answered with a 5:0 run to make it 59:53. Maccabi managed to get a few stops that were converted into easy points (60:57). James scored a contested mid-range jumper but Roll was the one to beat the buzzer scoring from deep to bring Maccabi closer to Milan at the end of the third quarter (64:62).<\/p>\n<p> \tTarczewski and Jerrells scored at the beginning of the fourth quarter but John-Di and Roll reacted with five points to give Maccabi the 68:69 edge. John-Di dished two beautiful dimes to keep Maccabi ahead but Brooks scored a corner three to give the lead back to Milan (75:73). James scored five points to increase the locals&#8217; lead forcing coach Sfairopoulos to call for a timeout (80:73). Black and Kane to keep Maccabi in the game and Scottie added a\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">three pointer<\/span><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"> in hopes of a late comeback (84:80).
