The PEG tournament will take place in Paris and will include ASVEL Villeurbanne and Alba Berlin from the Euroleague and Paris Basketball, a relatively young team that will play in the upcoming EuroCup season.<\/span><\/p>\n<p> \t<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">&#8220;We are happy to take part at the Paris tournament. it&#8217;s a high level tournament with great teams&#8221;, coach Oded Kattash told maccabi.co.il. &#8220;It&#8217;s a very good opportunity for us to shape our system and Basketball identity and work on our characteristics as a team&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p> \t<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Oded Kattash&#8217;s yellows will take off for France on September 8 and return to Israel on September 12, after training in Paris and holding two games in the French capital as part of the tournament. The team of TJ Parker, the brother of owner Tony Parker, already includes Antoine Diot and the newcomers Parker Jackson-Cartwright and Retin Obasohan, until recently Hapoel Jerusalem&#8217;s guard.<\/span><\/p>\n<p> \t<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Host Paris Basketball, who will play next season in the same house with Hapoel Tel Aviv in the EuroCup, was established in 2018 in collaboration between David Cohen (former owner of Minnesota Timberwolves), Eric Schwartz (former owner of the Atlanta Hawks) and Mayor of Paris Anne Hidalgo. The roster include names like Amara Sy, the experienced Axel Toupane and the young talent Muhammad Diawara.<\/span><\/p>\n<p> \t<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">As you may recall, Maccabi changed its face for the upcoming season when it signed Guy Pnini, Rafi Menco, Wade Baldwin IV, Austin Hollins, Darrun Hilliard, Lorenzo Brown, Jarel Martin, Alex Poythress, Bonzie Colson and Josh Nebo.
