After losing twice this season over there, Pini Gershon’s players were very determined this time and took a 23-19 lead at the end of the first quarter.
The second period was incredible. Inspired by Anthony Parker, helped by David Bluthenthal & Saras, Maccabi ran 22-3 and altogether 35-15 to get to half time with a 58-34 lead.
The second half was garbage time and the main event was the expulsion of Maceo Baston & Lior Lubin after an incident. Maccabi players had 66% FG (8-16 three pointers), 27 rebounds & 21 assists.
Another magnificent performance by Anthony Parker with 26 ptsin 73%FG, 5 rbds, 5 ass, 2 stls & 1 blocked shot. David Bluthenthal had an excellent game with 19 pts in 71.4%FG and 5 rbds.
