Jeremy Pargo re-joined Maccabi FOX Tel Aviv and will wear jersey number 2. During his two former terms in yellow & blue the guard wore jersey number 4 which is currently used by Karam Mashour.
"Pargo has experience in the domestic league and with Maccabi", said coach Neven Spahija. "He's a point guard with a good defensive ability that can create for his teammates".
"We're happy to have Jeremy back, I think it's hard to find players with a month and a half remaining in the season", said Maccabi's assistant coach Guy Goodes. "Jeremy played for two years with Maccabi, winning titles with the club, he's a point guard and a leader. He's a player that can help us, he knows all about Maccabi's DNA. He knows the people here and everyone knows what his abilities are and what he can bring".
"It's very important, especially when you have a month and a half until the end of the season, to be able and bring someone that you know what he can bring and that he'll be able to fit right in", assistant coach Goodes added. "We'd have to help him as much as we can so that he fit in, get to know the players around him and to try and help him to help us win back the championship".
"I'm happy that Jeremy is joining the team", said assistant coach Tal Burstein, who played alongside Pargo. "Jeremy is a competitive player with a lot of talent and experience that knows the club and its ambitions and I'm sure he can help us".
