Basketball-wise, the Yellows will have a great chance to establish their position as league leaders after Hapoel Tel Aviv’s loss today to Hapoel Jerusalem. The game against Barak Peleg’s team will also serve as good preparation ahead of a busy Euroleague week, including two clashes with Fenerbahce and Efes Anadolu.
Maccabi’s roster will be missing three key players; Wade Baldwin, Bonzie Colson, and Josh Nebo, who will rest. The twelve players available to Oded Kattash will be Jalen Adams, Lorenzo Brown, Jarell Martin, Rafi Menco, Roman Sorkin, Guy Pnini, John DiBartolomeo, Darrun Hilliard, Jake Cohen, Suleiman Braimoh, Tomer Agmon, and Yiftach Ziv.

Every player on the roster got some playing time and scored points on an evening in which Oded Kattash’s team had 30 assists, scored 16 three-pointers, and forced 16 turnovers on its opponent. Roman Sorkin and Yiftach Ziv led the way with 17 and 16 points, accordingly.
The focus will shift now to the Euroleague. As the battle for playoffs enters its final stretch, Maccabi will host Fenerbahce on Wednesday and visit Turkey to play Efes Anadolu on Friday.
