After returning to winning ways, Coach Spahija's squad hoped to continue its positive momentum, however Milutinov, McLean and Spanoulis made sure that SEF will remain safe

Maccabi FOX Tel Aviv sustained the 94:64 loss against the EuroLeague runner ups and are now with a 9:9 record in the EuroLeague standings located in the 8th spot in the EuroLeague standings. 

Coach Spahija's starting five: Jackson, Roll, Thomas, Art and Kane with the last assigned with the mission to slow down Vassilis Spanoulis. Maccabi started the game playing hard on defense as well as trying to impose a high tempo on offense. John-Di and Cole stepped into the game in order to try and put the pressure on the hosts. Olympiacos got their way scoring in the paint taking the 24:16 lead as the first quarter ended. 

McLean completed a three point play and was replaced due to injury sustained to his back. Itai Segev and Zoosman stepped trying to slow down the EuroLeague runner ups. Jackson took matters into his own hands cutting down Olympiacos' lead (30:24) forcing coach Sfairopoulos to call for a timeout. The locals went on a 7:0 run with the yellows reacting with five points of their own, Jackson scored again but got a technical, the hosts made the most out of the situation finishing the first half with the 53:40 lead.

Olympiacos opened the third quarter strong taking the 66:46 lead before Thomas scored from deep. The hosts kept their momentum enroute of taking the 70:51 lead at the end of the third quarter. At the beginning of the fourth with the yellows being down 75:52 Kane suffered a strain to his groin muscle and was replaced by Mashour. The locals kept their momentum until the end getting the 94:64 win. 

Maccabi will continue its hectic week as they will play on Thursday against Red Star at the Menorah Mivtachim arena and will host Gilboa Galil as well on Saturday.
