Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv announces the appointment of Mr. Modi Peled as the new Chief Executive Officer.

Peled, who is 64, has a long pedigree in the business world, as he serves as a director for numerous hi-tech and industry companies. His new role with Maccabi is a closure of sorts, after being the Maccabi Tel Aviv Football Club's chairman between 1994 and 1996.

"I wish to thank all shareholders for their faith in me", said Peled. "I am ready for the big challenge in this difficult times. Along with all the dedicated club staff, we will roll our sleeves and get to work".
