The Yellow & Blue head back to Menora Mivtachim Arena for a crucial Game 3, as the winner will clinch a final four spot. Angelo Caloiaro led all Maccabi scorers with 14 points, Dorsey added 13, Zoosman (calf muscle injury) 12 points and Amar' e Stoudemire 11 points.

"It's a derby, so we always have extra motivation against Hapoel, but another motive is that we want to play in the final four to fight for the championship", Said head coach Giannis Sfairopoulos about what needs to be added to motivate the players. "We need to change our play on the court and be better to qualify for the final four". 

"I don't know how you watch the game, but I see one team playing really hard, but Scottie Wilbekin, who is one of the best Euroleague players, finished both games with 0 free throws although they attacked him with multiple players", Told Sfairopoulos about Wilbekin's ejection. "This is unacceptable, with this type of defense, they should call 30 more fouls".
