Euroleague appeals judge Luigi Fumigalli today rejected the appeal by Pamesa Valencia on a previous ruling where the club was sanctioned for their non-appearance at the game vs Maccabi Elite Tel Aviv on March 25.
Thus the ruling stays put: A 0-20 defeat, a fine of 5,000 Euros and responsibility for costs and expenses related to organization of the game.
