Israel will play Slovenia tomorrow (Sunday, 20:00) in the Final of the u.20 European Championships in Brno, Czech Republc. This after an 88-82 win over Greece. Slovenia beat Lithuania 95-57 in the other semi final. Israel (with Tal Burstein & Avi Kazanovski) and Slovenia met in the final of the u.20 EC four years ago when Slovenia won by one point.
Captain Yotam Halperin, playing with an ankle injury, was the star of the game with 32 pts including 6-6 for three pts and 12-14 in free throws. He also pulled down 7 rbds. dished out 3 assists and made 3 steals and 1 blocked shot.
