Maccabi Tel Aviv Basketball is happy to announce that team captain Derrick Sharp will continue to play in yellow for the next three seasons. The 34 years Sharp, married to Tina, father of three, will start in October his 11th season with the club. He joined Maccabi in the 1996/97 season and won 10 Super League championships and9 National Cups. Sharp played in sic Euro Final Fours and won three Euro Cups. In 210 European games he scored 1,368 points. Sharp played 43 games with the Israel National Team and scored 469 points.
