Fizer scored 34 – and lost

Marcus Fizer continues to impress in the Puerto Rican playoffs. The American forward, who will join Maccabi Tel Aviv in September, scored last night 34 points and grabbed 18 rebounds, but his team Capitanes De Arecibo lost 86-89 to Santurce. Arecibo is down 0-2 in the best-of-seven final series.

Fizer stats in the game: 34 points in 13 for 20 from 2 point range, 1 for 3 from three, 5 for 8 from the line, 18 rebounds (15 on defense), one assist and one block shot in 36 minutes of play.
