Maccabi Electra Tel Aviv is currently in contact with the Euroleague management, to request that their first game of the new season be delayed

The new Euroleague season is scheduled to open on Thursday, October 22, but Maccabi Electra Tel Aviv has requested that their first Euroleague game be delayed.
On October 20, Maccabi is scheduled to play against the Los Angeles Clippers, the second in a two-game series scheduled months ago between Maccabi and the NBA.
In addition to the game in Los Angeles, Maccabi will face the New York Knicks on October 18.
