Maccabi Electra Tel Aviv has reached a signed agreement with Omri Casspi, who grew up in the youth department of the club, and played for the pro team, and became the first Israeli to play in the NBA. Casspi will return to play for Maccabi until the end of the 2011 – 2012 season if the remainder of the NBA season is officially cancelled.
