Maccabi Electra Tel Aviv has announced that they have reached a mutual decision with American forward to end his contract with the team, effective immediately. The club wishes Thomas success in his future endeavors.

Maccabi Electra Tel Aviv and American forward Malcolm Thomas have reached a mutual agreement to terminate his contract with the club, effective immediately. Thomas posted averages of 4.4 points, 2.8 rebounds and 16 minutes in 15 Euroleague games. His best game came against Montepaschi Siena at Nokia Arena, when he scored 14 points and took 11 rebounds. In the Israeli Winner Sal League, Thomas averaged 7.4 points and 5.4 rebounds while playing an average of 20 minutes per game.
The club wishes Malcolm the best of luck in his future endeavors.
