Paris, meanwhile, enters the clash following a tough loss to Fenerbah?e in Istanbul. After a breakout debut season in the EuroLeague that included a run of ten consecutive wins and a playoff berth, the French club underwent significant changes over the summer. Most of its leading players departed, forcing the team to rebuild its roster around Nadir Hifi, who posted a 23-point performance in the opener.
Paris defeated Maccabi in both of their meetings last season. The Israeli side will look to break that streak and claim its first-ever victory against the young French club.
