Maccabi Playtika Tel-Aviv kept its positive momentum tonight (Sunday) with a fantastic 98:78 win over Hapoel Holon at Menora Mivtachim Arena. Four days before they meet Baskonia in the Euroleague, the Yellows dominated the Israeli champions and extended their winning streak to five.
It was a team effort today in which Maccabi scored 16 three-pointers and provided its fans with a variety of highlight dunks. Jalen Adams scored 16 points, but Roman Sorkin (14) and Yiftach Ziv (8 assists) also deserve honorable mentions.
Oded Kattash’s players will now prepare for the challenge that awaits them in Spain (Thursday), hoping to get their first win on the road in the Euroleague.
