After dropping the first game in the Euroleague’s quarterfinal series against Real Madrid, Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv will try to bounce back when meeting the Blancos again on Friday (21:45 Israel time, 2:45 pm ET).
“We are approaching the second game as we did to the first – we are coming to win,” said Avi Even before addressing the main problem his players experienced in game 1 – Real Madrid’s three-pointers. “We believe it’s solvable. It’s a matter of communication and attention to small things”.
Whatever the final score will be on Friday, the series will shift to Tel-Aviv on Tuesday. Hopefully, it will happen when it is tied.
