Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv suffered its first loss in the Winner Basket League – 83:87 to Gilboa/Galil in Gan Ner. The yellows had the lead throughout most of the game but couldn’t deliver in the final minutes and dropped to a 1:1 record.

Without Scottie Wilbekin, Derrick Williams, Ante Zizic, and Mathias Lessort, Maccabi was definitely missing some offensive firepower. Nevertheless, other players stepped up, like Roman Sorkin, who led the scorers with 16 points, and Yiftach Ziv, who had nine assists.
