With three consecutive Euroleague victories under its belt, Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv will look to extend the winning streak on Thursday (21:30 Israel time, 2:30 pm ET) against Bayern Munich.
This could prove to be a crucial game, as The Germans are fighting for a playoffs spot, just like the Yellows. The Israeli champions will still miss Giannis Sfairopoulos and Jake Cohen due to the Covid-19 infection.
“We have to continue our improvement against Bayern,” said Ante Zizic. “They’ve shown their quality in a very close game against Barcelona, so we will have to continue shooting well, just like against Zalgiris.”
