Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv will head out on Monday to the capital for their last game of the regular season, facing Hapoel Jerusalem (21:00, Live on Sport5 – Channel 55) in the Pais Arena. The Yellow & Blue squad has already secured the number one seed but is still waiting for their Quarter-Finals opponent, while on the other end, the Reds still don’t know their final seeding as a loss will drop them down to the sixth spot.

Giannis Sfairopoulos’s coaching staff made one change compared to the last couple of games as Othello Hunter will take Dragan Bender’s spot. The 12 registered players include Scottie Wilbekin, T.J Cline, Chris Jones, Angelo Caloiaro, Othello Hunter, Sandy Cohen, Omri Casspi, John DiBartolomeo, Oz Blayzer, Dori Sahar, Ante Zizic, and Yovel Zoosman.

Maccabi dominated Jerusalem in the previous two meetings between the sides: 100:76 at the Pais Arena and 101:80 at Menora Mivtachim Arena.

Jerusalem comes into the matchup slumping, winning only three of their last ten games. After the departure of Ray McCallum, TaShawn Thomas, Malcolm Hill, and Stanton Kidd due to the latest security situation, Jonathan Alon’s squad added two forwards, Julian Boyd (31, 2.01 meters) and Andrew Eudy (24, 2.01 meters). Jerusalem’s top offensive force is Suleiman Braimoh, who’s averaging 16.7 points and 5.6 rebounds per game.
