The Maccabi Electra Tel Aviv basketball club has launched a brand-new website loaded with all of the latest technology, and including direct linkage to all of the social media, and a complete English-language version for the club’s many fans abroad.

Maccabi Electra Tel Aviv has launched a new and improved version of their official website.The site was designed and developed over the last six months, and we believe it will be a leading website of its kind. We would like to thank both the Art-Up company for developing the site, and Yaniv Ben Simon for designing it; we have enjoyed a productive partnership with them for the past decade.
We decided on a design for the website that uses clean, neutral colors so that the content, which speaks for itself, is highlighted. We paid special attention to the user’s experience on the website, providing statistical data in graphic form and emphasizing the historical portion. The website will include direct linkage to all of the social networks and a complete English-language version of the site for the club’s many fans outside of Israel. One important update is the development of a “game area,” where all of the information regarding each game, including results, statistics, photos, videos, quotes, and coverage of the game, will all be presented in one place. This information will be available to everyone, and can be searched going back several years.
It must be noted that the website currently loads in a beta version, for the purpose of checking for bugs. In the coming weeks a number of fascinating systems will be added to the site, including: a Hall of Fame area that includes a graphic representation of the depth and breadth of the club’s splendid history, a special area for the team’s cheerleaders and mascot, and various other columns. In addition, the site will be compatible with all kinds of mobile devices – smart phones and tablets – in order to allow access to the information on the website anywhere, any time.
