Maccabi Fox Tel Aviv is gearing up for the new season. The last few days have seen a slew of players arriving and reporting for the beginning of practice. Among those players was Andrew Goudelock, Maccabi’s latest and most exciting acquisition at guard.
“I wasn’t expecting such a welcome. It warms my heart”, said Goudelock, who was met by dozens of enthusiastic fans at the airport. The guard added: “We have a lot of new players and we expect good results. More than anything, we want to leave everything that happened last season behind us”.
Goudelock has a very good track record in Israel, including a very impressive win in Tel Aviv with Fenerbache-Ulker durinfg the 2014/15 Euroleague playoffs. “I won here with Fener and now i want to win here with Maccabi. It’s important for us to start working together immediately. Basketball is a team sport and we need to become a cohesive unit to win”.
