It’s unfortunate that the league administrations including its chairman chose to quote Maccabi FOX Tel Aviv officials in a manner that is both incorrect and untrue, and that’s after in the past couple of weeks Maccabi chose not to react to the pandemonium caused due to recent events.
For the avoidance of any doubt, we wish to clarify that Maccabi’s chairman and attorney at law Mr. Shimon Mizrahi who is the club’s representative in the league administration’s board of directors has opposed today to the memorandum of understandings that was reached between the league administration and the players’ association.
In addition, we clarify categorically and unequivocally that there are no differences of opinions between the owners of Maccabi Tel Aviv at various age groups and in general, regarding the decision made on April 8, 2018, regarding the assemble next season’s roster.
