The former champ in yellow and blue didn’t hide his excitement “I’m going to meet with a lot of friends, we’re playing a big club and I’m really excited about that, I’m always very happy to be here, to come back to Israel and especially to play Maccabi”.
Knowing what is at stake and also being aware of Maccabi’s situation, Borko had a messages to all of the Maccabi fans, “To be patient, this season maybe didn’t started well as everybody expect but it takes time to build a good team and Maccabi had a tough schedule, first nine games most of them were away and three of them were tough games at home against the best teams and they didn’t start the season good but hopefully the end will be good”.
