“Although we won the game, I’m not happy with how we performed in the game”, said coach Sfairopoulos. “I know that this was a game that didn’t change anything in the standings and the players prepare themselves for the playoffs, but the most important thing is to be focused and to play much better at the games. We played really good defense, we could have played a little bit better in some moments, they scored some shots, easy baskets, easy layups that we could avoid, in general our defense was good, our offense was not… we had a lot of open shots that we missed and I think that scoring this shots will be perfect”.
Scottie Wilbekin summarized the game saying: “Scrappy game a little bit sloppy, last game of the season that didn’t matter to the standings at all, but we tried to get the win going to the playoffs to keep our rhythm. Hopefully we can keep teams under our target, under a certain amount of points for the playoffs because when we play good defense our offense is always better”.
