After 3 close quarters, Maccabi Tel Aviv erupted in the last 10 minutes to beat Givat Shmuel 98-75 and raised its perfect record in the Israeli super league to 12-0. Nikola Vujcic led all scorers with 23 points, Sharon Shason buried 3 three-pointers and Tal Burstein had a great all-around game with 10 points, 8 assists, 7 rebounds and 4 steals.
