Maccabi Elite Tel Aviv this evening settled finally an account with Maccabi Rishon Letsion when they beat them 90-81 for the second time in 72 hours.
Like in the Cup semi Final on Thursday, The team of Guy Goodes were in the game in the first half. Maccabi led 24-16 at the end of the first period, Rishon came back to 30-30 but two three pointers by Burstein & Parker made it 44-37 at half time.
Maccabi ran 21-8 in five minutes at the start of the third quarter and ended it 70-51 up. In the final period coach Pini Gershon used his second string players. Rishon outscored Maccabi 30-20 but could not repeat their first round sensational win.
