Completed his first season with the club. Won the championship & the national cup and played in the final of the Adriatic League. Began his career with Polzela. In the 99/00 season he was voted the find of the season in Slovenia. Before the 2000/01 season he joined Union Olmpija Ljubljana and played for them in the last two seasons winning two league titles, two cups and the Goodyear League. < In spite of his young age he played in 20 Euroleague games last season with averages of 27 minutes, 10.8 pts, 2.6 ass, 2.5 rbds, 1.8 stls. Udrih is considered as one of the rising stars of European basketball. He plays as Arriel McDonald’s understudy in the Slovenian national team. Last month he was the top player in the Slovenian under 20 national team which was placed 6th in the European Young Men Championship. His averages were: 34 min, 17 pts, 3.6 ass, 4.4 rbds, 1.1 stls.
