אנתוני פארקר הוכתר אמש כשחקן המצטיין בליגת העל לעונת 2003/04.
בטקס שאורגן ע"י מנהלת הליגה, הוענקו פרסים לחמשת השחקנים המצטיינים של העונה ולמאמני העונה. ניקולה וויצ'יץ' היה אחד הנבחרים ופיני גרשון התחלק בתואר המאמן המצטיין עם שרון דרוקר מהפועל ירושלים.
יתר השחקנים שנבחרו: ג'רוד סטיבנסון (בני השרון), מאיר טפירו (בני השרון), דורון שפר (הפועל ירושלים) ויניב גרין (הפועל תל אביב).
פרס מיוחד הוענק לכדורסלן מכבי בעבר גיא גודס לרגל פרישתו מפעילות.
