Point guard Will Bynum and Maccabi Elite Tel Aviv have decided to extend their relationship in two more years. Bynum made his European debut last season with Maccabi, getting better and better as the season progressed.
Bynum finished the Euroleague season averaging 11 points and 2.6 assists in 26 minutes per game, ranking second on the team in both categories to all-Euroleague center NIkola Vujcic.
In the Israeli League, Bynum set a season-high in assists by dishing 16 against Galil Elyon, and was one of the key reasons Maccabi won another title. Bynum averaged 12 points, 5.1 assists and 2.4 rebounds in the Israeli League.
