The licensing agreement between EA Sports, the leading global interactive entertainment software company, and the Turkish Airlines Euroleague, has led to the creation of a game in the wildly popular NBA Jam franchise that will, for the first time, feature teams from Europe. The teams chosen are the four that competed in the 2011 Turkish Airlines Euroleague Final Four last May: Montepaschi Siena, Real Madrid, finalist Maccabi Electra Tel Aviv, and champion Panathinaikos.
The game is scheduled for release in October and will feature the same top-notch graphics and almost unlimited options for player movement that NBA Jam is known for. In addition to the traditional favorites of spins and dunks, NBA Jam: On Fire Edition will feature enhanced gameplay, groundbreaking artificial intelligence, and exciting on-line features. You can activate Lior Eliyahu and Sofo Schortsanitis for Maccabi Electra Tel Aviv. Editions compatible with Microsoft’s XBOX and with Sony’s Playstation®3 will be available.
