Major props going out to Maccabi Electra Tel Aviv’s own Ricky Hickman, who was named the bwin MVP for the first game of the Euroleague Top 8 playoffs. Hickman led Maccabi to a 101-99 victory over EA7 Emporio Armani Milan, racking up a performance index ranking of 36 points, a career high for the guard and the highest ranking earned in Euroleague playoffs this decade!
Hickman finished the game with 26 points (3 for 3 from 3 point range, 9 for 9 from the foul line), 4 rebounds, 3 assists and 10 fouls drawn. But more than anything, he and Tyrese Rice were the keys to Maccabi’s incredible comeback in the game.
