Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv is very close to securing home-court advantage throughout Winner’s league playoffs. That was determined after the Yellows defeated Hapoel Jerusalem 89:79 at Menora Mivtachim Arena and completed a regular-season sweep on their biggest rivals.
Maccabi trailed by four at halftime but came back strong in the second half, showing great defense and a well-balanced attack with six players scoring in double figures (15 points to Nunnally and Evans). On Saturday, the Israeli champs will face Hapoel Galil-Elyon.
