For CSKA, the top performer was Nando De-Colo, one of the leading candidates to finish as the Euroleague’s MVP. De-Colo finished with 29 points in 29 minutes. Kyle Hines had 14 and 10 rebounds (of which 8 were offensive) and Milos Teodosic scored 11 points and dished out 8 assists.
CSKA led 26 – 14 after the first quarter, but Maccabi closed the gap after a 2nd quarter with 34 points. The score at halftime was 54 – 48 to CSKA who then led 69 – 60 after the 3rd quarter.
