“It was a tough game”, said Alex Tyus. “We needed the win, especially at home in front of our fans finally to win a close game which is good for us right now. Our defense in the fourth quarter was great we held them to only 17 points, they’re a great offensive team and getting key stops in the game was huge. Johnny is one hell of a player, he did a lot for us in every way, he helped us get the win and I think that everybody game with energy from start to finish that was the key to help us get the win. We’re trying to take it one game at the time we’re not thinking about the record or looking at the standings just trying to take it one day at a time”.
“It was a great game that came down to the last minute”, said Johnny O’Bryant how finished the game with MVP honors. “It’s one of those games that are exciting the fans was into it. Overall we just did a great job my teammates hit great shots and I just tried to step up spark us offensively. It was a good day for me, just tried to get it going but overall my teammates did a great job stepping up as well”.
