Maccabi Elite Tel Aviv will play National League team Elitsur Kiryat Ata/Motskin in the national Cup 1/4 finals.
Games will be played on Thursday, April 15, 2004 in two neutral venues that have still to be named.
The other games: Hapoel Migdal Jerusalem – Bnei Hasharon, Hapoel Samsung Tel Aviv – Elitsur Neve David Ramla. Hapoel Galil Elyon will face the eventual winner of Maccabi Rosh Haayin vs Leumit Hasharon or Elitsur Ashkelon.
